Import Costing - File - Load Held

Use this option to recall an import costing batch that has been held but not yet posted.

1. Select INVENTORY | IMPORT COSTING.

Micronet displays the Import Costing screen.

2. Select FILE | LOAD HELD.

Micronet displays a selection screen with a list of held import costing batches.

3. If required, you can filter the list of held batches by Supplier or Shipment No.

Micronet displays the held batch matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the held batch you want to load, or select a batch and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Import Costing screen with the details of the held batch.

5. Continue processing the import costing batch by completing the steps required in the "Import Costing Overview".
